Grip
An open-source Mac screen recorder that zooms where you click
Why it made the rally
One shortcut freezes the screen for a screenshot or a take, then Grip adds auto-zoom, a smoothed cursor, keycaps and captions transcribed on your Mac in 25 European languages, with a keyboard-first timeline, 185 wallpapers, device frames and exports up to 4K MP4 or a GIF under 10 MB. Free and open source under AGPL-3.0, made by Szymon Grącki.
