blobatar
Deterministic geometric avatars from any string, as a React component
Why it made the rally
Type a name and get the same blob every time: 10 silhouettes, every hue held at 4.5:1 contrast, about 4.4 KB gzipped with zero dependencies. It slots in as the fallback inside a shadcn Avatar for users who skip the photo, MIT licensed.
